On July 11, Dr. Antonio Bias Bueno Guillon, executive director of the FAAP (Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation), visited the headquarters of the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI) in Montevideo, Uruguay, where he was received by the organization’s secretary general, Sergio Abreu.
The meeting was also attended by representatives from various institutions involved in regional integration, including the academic vice president of Universidad ORT Uruguay, Dr. Pablo Landoni.
During the meeting, participants discussed issues related to the organization of a business mission to Uruguay, scheduled for October of this year. This mission, organized by the Latin American Business Council (CEAL) in collaboration with FAAP, will include openings for students from that institution, as part of its commitment to academic internationalization.
CEAL brings together business leaders from 19 Latin American countries, as well as from Puerto Rico, Miami, and the Iberian Peninsula, with the aim of promoting the exchange of experiences, investment, and business integration in the region.
Dr. Pablo Landoni’s participation reaffirms the role of the Universidad ORT Uruguay as a leader in academic research in Uruguay, as well as its commitment to international cooperation and regional development.
