Apostoloski is a postdoctoral researcher at INSEAD (France) in the field of entrepreneurship and family businesses. His unique background as an entrepreneur, prior to pursuing his doctorate, has significantly influenced his research focus on entrepreneurial learning and decision-making.
Apostoloski's work focuses on applying the scientific method to the decision-making process in startup projects, with the aim of understanding how startups can improve their results by rigorously and systematically validating business hypotheses. He has participated in several experimental studies focused on the impact of different techniques for validating startup projects.
During his visit to Universidad ORT Uruguay, he worked alongside the entrepreneurship research team to design and refine an experimental intervention aimed at replicating previous studies conducted by his team in Italy, the United Kingdom, Tanzania, and Pakistan. His contribution has been instrumental in reviewing training materials, refining impact measurement methods, and evaluating the intervention’s content.
