SAU is hosting a seminar titled “Professional Experiences in Resolving Construction Issues”

August 22, 2025
The Uruguayan Society of Architects is inviting submissions—whether as an attendee or by submitting work—for the first edition of the 2025/2026 Lecture Series, which begins on October 9.

The deadline for applications is September 7.

Professional exchange and thematic focus

The series aims to promote new opportunities for professional exchange and disseminate and highlight relevant practices that architects in our field are implementing across various disciplines and specializations. This first edition focuses on interventions aimed at resolving pathologies, defects, damage, and construction problems in general.

It is encouraged that the cases submitted be meaningful experiences, both in terms of issue addressed as well as the stages of the intervention process: diagnosis, design, action criteria, materials and procedures used.
