The seminar was organized by ORT as part of the Corporate Communications and Public Relations Analyst program.
"Corporate Communication in Government, Public Administration, and Public Enterprises" took place on December 9, 2003, in the auditorium of the Libertad Building.
Dr. Raúl Lago, Secretary to the President, opened the seminar.
In turn, various speakers—communication specialists from Uruguay and Argentina—discussed real-life cases to highlight the importance of effective corporate communication in the diverse contexts of government.
Other participants included speakers Ariel Sujarchuk, director of the Argentine consulting firm Choice; Carolina Lucchia, a specialist in institutional communication; and Virginia Silva Pintos, academic secretary of the School of Communication at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
