The seminar was designed for students in ORT's Diploma in Construction Management program, with the aim of introducing them to the tools needed to integrate quality and quality management into construction companies and projects.
Alfredo Serpell holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas. He is also a professor of Management at the School of Engineering at the Catholic University of Chile.
