On Tuesday , September 9, 2003, Mr. Hodara gave a lecture titled "Spanish Investment in Uruguay" at the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
In addition, Mr. Hodara attended the "8th Conference of Free Trade Zones of the Americas," held in Monterrey, Mexico, from September 15 to 19, 2003.
