The program is centered on an experiential methodology that includes group activities, opportunities for self-assessment, peer coaching, and action plans that can be applied in everyday life.

“We are energized by fostering the human element in work teams, bringing each person’s strengths and limitations to the forefront to drive transformative change.”

The consulting firm proposes an approach that focuses on tangible results, building on psychological safety and strengthening relationships:“We transform companies into communities.”

A unique workshop for a new generation

During the welcome event at ORT, Iceberg led a workshop using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology, which marked a turning point in the day’s proceedings.

“Our passion is helping people and companies become the best versions of themselves and develop their talents to the fullest,” Saps said when discussing the impact of these kinds of experiences.

Participants built models using LEGO® bricks, used metaphors to share personal and collective stories, and reflected on individual and team identity.

This exercise aimed to“foster interpersonal understanding, assess the team’s current state, and envision the ideal team.” From there, they identified gaps, developed an action plan, and reached agreements for the academic year.
