The seminar was led by journalist Franklin Morales, who teaches the History of Sports and the Olympic Movement at ORT.
Morales won first prize in the global competition "The Influence of Sport on the Education of Peoples," held in Olympia, Greece.
He has also been selected as one of the world’s 31 leading sports journalists by the FIFA Hall of Fame. He is the author of the books *Maracanã: The Labyrinths of Character*, *Andrade: The Black King of Paris* , and *Peñarol/Nacional: The Overlooked Legacy of Batlle and Aparicio*.
