Behind every academic career lie years of hard work, research, and a commitment to the advancement of knowledge. In the field of education, this journey also involves providing evidence, raising new questions, and helping to address the challenges of teaching and learning.
As part of this journey and their ongoing contribution to educational research, members of the Institute of Education at Universidad ORT Uruguay new awards in the 2025 call for proposals from the National System of Researchers.
Dr. Andrea Tejera Techera —academic coordinator of the Master’s Program in Educational Management, the Master’s Program in Trainer Development, and the Center for Continuing Education in Higher Education— was classified at Level I in May 2026.
In turn, Dr. Gabriel Díaz Maggioli —a graduate-level instructor at the Institute of Education— and Dr. Mariela Questa-Torterolo —deputy academic coordinator of the Master’s Program in Educational Management and the Master’s Program in Teacher Training—were reappointed to remain at Level I of the SNI.
