Using a business simulator, each team took on the role of the executive committee of a company that competed in a simulated market alongside the other groups. Over the course of seven management periods, participants had to make strategic decisions in areas such as marketing, organizational structure, finance, production, and logistics, facing scenarios similar to those encountered by organizations in real life.
To conclude the activity, the teams presented their results to a panel composed of MBA and EMBA graduates—Mariana Sanguinetti, Andrés Montero, and Florencia Tucuna—who evaluated the strategies implemented and asked questions about the decisions made. The experience was led by professors Luis Silva Domingo and Miguel Rossi.
The winning team in the simulation was Andrews, consisting of Noel Aguinaga, Silvia Leite, Alejandro Fernández, and Mateo Lijteisntein.
