The event was organized by the Uruguayan Association of Accountants, Economists, and Administrators on September 8 and 9, 2004, at the Sheraton Hotel.
Dr. Labadie also moderated the business conference titled "Challenges for a Competitive Uruguay."
For his part, Julio Fernández, Dean of Academic Development at ORT, served as moderator for the conference "Technology Applied to Management."
The following papers by faculty members from the School of Management and Social Sciences were accepted for presentation at the event:
