ORT opens its doors and holds workshops with high school students

On Monday, June 9, Universidad ORT Uruguay will launch Universidad ORT Uruguay series of University Experience Workshops for 11th and 12th graders, designed to introduce students to university life.

The goal of these workshops, taught by faculty members from various departments at ORT, is to provide high school students with an introduction to architecture, graphic design, journalism, advertising, audiovisual production, economics, accounting, management, international relations, computer systems, electronics, and telecommunications.

The workshops will allow high school seniors to discuss, plan, and carry out projects related to their chosen field of study in a university setting.

Universidad ORT Uruguay these free workshops since 2000, and more than 800 students from various public and private secondary schools have participated in them.
