Who designs the designer? After ADDIP

April 21, 2026
This event aims to provide a forum for reflection on the professional practice of interior design from a personal and educational perspective, and is open to the general public.

The Association of Professional Interior Designers of Uruguay (ADDIP) invites you to participate in “Who Designs the Designer?,” a gathering aimed at exploring how the practice of design influences the perspective, judgment, sensibility, and development of those who practice it.

The event will be led by Architect Iael Gambini, and is designed as a forum for discussion about professional development and the internal tools honed during the design process.

The talk will address aspects related to the professional practice of interior design, the relationship between professional practice, purpose, and growth, and the evolution of the interior designer’s role over time.

It will be an opportunity to further explore design as a professional practice and the personal and educational processes that accompany that journey.
