About these scholarships
They are open to all applicants who are starting a college degree program.
Applicants are evaluated based on the Academic Aptitude Test (PAA) and the financial information provided in the Affidavit of Income.
The scholarship covers up to 50% of the total cost and is awarded for a period equal to 1.5 times the standard duration of the degree program. For example, if the degree program lasts 4 years, the scholarship is awarded for 6 years. Students must maintain satisfactory academic performance.
The PAA is administered twice a year:

The exam is administered in June, July, August, October, and November (of the year prior to the start of the program), and in February and March of the year the program begins.

August
The exam is administered in June, July, and August of the year the program begins.
IMPORTANT:
- To apply for this grant, students must have a personal interview with an academic advisor from the program to which they are applying.
- These funds do not apply to students who wish to transfer credits and continue their studies at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
