He received his PhD from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master of Science in Marketing, and an MBA from Texas A&M University. He holds a degree in public accounting from the University of the Republic (Uruguay).
Dr. Bajac is a professor of marketing and the academic coordinator of the graduate programs in Sales Management and Marketing at ORT’s School of Business and Social Sciences.
Alongside his academic career, he pursued a career in management. He served as CEO of CABA, commercial director of Diageo Uruguay, and senior manager of the Consulting Department at KPMG Uruguay. He was president of the Chamber of Advertisers in Uruguay.
He was a visiting professor at Idaho State University, ESADE in Spain, the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and the University of Chile, and a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at San Antonio and Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. He also served as a corporate trainer in Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, and England.
He is the editor of the academic journal *Inmediaciones* and has received the Award for Teaching Excellence from Idaho State University and Universidad ORT Uruguay. He was a fellow of the Organization of American States and The Rotary Foundation.
Her area of academic interest is consumer behavior and its relationship to brand building. She has conducted several studies based on the framework developed by Dr. Fennell.
