The Human Resources Department, which is responsible for the institution's human resources policies, organized the initiative as part of its training and integration efforts.
The event took place on September 4 at the Business School and featured Federica Abella, a faculty member at the School of Business and Management ( Universidad ORT Uruguay ) and a professional with experience in team building, leadership, and experiential learning, who served as the facilitator.
Communication and Exchange
During the workshop, the participants explored topics related to self-awareness and communication through examples and group activities.
The event also provided an opportunity for members of different university departments who share similar responsibilities in their daily work to exchange ideas.
The event was held in celebration of Secretaries' Day and included a group breakfast and the presentation of a gift to the participants.
Training and integration are part of the initiatives that Human Resources carries out for those who work at Universidad ORT Uruguay.
This initiative is linked to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, one of the goals adopted by the United Nations in 2015 to address global challenges by 2030.
In particular, it involves promoting work environments that foster people's well-being, inclusion, and development.
