We implement talent recruitment and attraction processes that are aligned with the institution’s values and objectives. At the same time, we carry out initiatives aimed at strengthening the loyalty and retention of our team members.

We promote opportunities for integration that facilitate connections and interaction among people from different schools and departments across the university. Through onboarding and other opportunities for exchange, we support the development of relationships and the strengthening of a sense of belonging to the team.

Well-being and Counseling Department
We promote workplace well-being through initiatives designed to enhance employees’ experiences and support a healthy work-life balance. Through our Employee Assistance Program, we provide confidential spaces for dialogue, support, and guidance, helping to foster a culture of respect and trust.
