Recruitment: Talent Search and Retention
We implement talent recruitment and attraction processes that align with the institution’s values and objectives. At the same time, we take steps to strengthen employee loyalty and retention.

Integration
We promote opportunities for integration that facilitate connections and interaction among people from different schools and departments across the university. Through onboarding and other opportunities for exchange, we support the development of relationships and the strengthening of a sense of belonging to the team.

We design and implement training programs focused on developing professional, management, and teamwork skills. These initiatives aim to strengthen the team’s competencies and support their growth, aligning learning with institutional challenges and objectives.

Well-being and Counseling Department
We promote workplace well-being through initiatives designed to enhance employees’ experiences and support a healthy work-life balance. Through our Listening Department, we create confidential spaces for dialogue, support, and guidance, helping to foster a culture of respect and trust.
