The event was part of ORTIntegra 2026, an initiative by the People team—the university’s human resources department—designed to support the onboarding process, help new employees get to know the institution, and foster the development of relationships from the very start of their work experience.
The event took place on March 17, 2026, at the ORT Business School and was the first activity of the year for this initiative.

ORTIntegra aims to create a space where incoming college students and various institutional representatives can come together.
The proposal aims to facilitate adaptation to ORT’s work environment, provide information about the organization, and strengthen a sense of belonging from the very beginning of the employment relationship.
In that regard, the initiative reflects a core aspect of the institutional culture: supporting new team members and creating the conditions for them to become more familiar with the environment in which they will carry out their work.
Work Culture
The first ORTIntegra 2026 event marked the start of a new series of orientation sessions for students who have recently joined Universidad ORT Uruguay.
With this initiative, the institution is strengthening its onboarding and support practices, in line with a work culture that promotes integration, knowledge sharing, and team-building.
