ORT trained 56 employees in institutional care quality

The Human Resources Department organized a training session to strengthen the skills of 56 staff members who assist students, families, and individuals interested in the services offered by Universidad ORT Uruguay.

The workshop “Quality in Institutional Care” took place on July 1 and 2 and was led by Juan Carro, an engineer and consultant in organizational development and change management.

The proposal was aimed at staff members whose responsibilities include interacting with and assisting students, families, and individuals interested in the institution's services.

The training aimed to provide tools to strengthen the various points of contact with the university and improve the quality of service.

Mr. Carro has in leadership, communication, customer service, and fostering a sense of psychological safety within teams.

Professional Development

The Human Resources Department, through People, organized the event as part of its internal training program.

The department promotes initiatives aimed at developing professional, management, and teamwork skills. These initiatives are designed to support the growth of the university’s members and address the organization’s challenges.

In addition to its expected impact on patient care, the initiative links employees' professional development to improvements in the services provided by ORT.

With this training, Universidad ORT Uruguay in an internal training initiative that links the ongoing learning of its staff with the experiences of students, families, and others interested in the institution.
