Application deadlines
First deadline: For trips and stays beginning between February 1 and June 30, 2025, the application period closes on November 28, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (GMT/UTC+01:00) in Madrid.
Second deadline: For trips and stays beginning between July 1 and November 30, 2025, the application period closes on April 29, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (GMT/UTC+02:00) Madrid time. (NOTE: Grant applications for this round will not be accepted before November 29, 2024.)
Scholarship Amount: The grants cover only international travel, up to a maximum of 1,200 euros for trips between two countries in Latin America. The AUIP, through its travel agent, will provide the scholarship recipient with the airline ticket (no other options or methods of purchasing the ticket will be accepted).
Intended for individuals affiliated with or belonging to institutions associated with the AUIP who are:
- Faculty and researchers.
- Managers of graduate programs or activities related to their internationalization.
- Graduate students.
