Call for Applications for Undergraduate and Graduate Students at the University of Valladolid

This is a call for applications to study under the Erasmus+ KA171 International Credit Mobility project with the University of Valladolid (UVA) for the 2026–2027 academic year.

For the 2026–2027 academic year, the study abroad program is open to undergraduate and master’s students who wish to take regular courses at the University of Valladolid. This program is intended for non-European students; therefore, applications submitted by European passport holders will not be accepted.

Points to consider

  • Students will take regular courses from the UVA catalog.
  • This mobility program is exclusively for on-campus studies. It does not include research stays or internships.
  • All activities must comply with the academic programs listed in the following catalog

Mobility period (depending on the selected program): first semester from September 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, and second semester from February 1, 2027, to June 30, 2027.

Application deadline: May 5, 2026

Scholarship Amounts

1- The maximum amount for each grant is 7,676.22 euros.
2- Recipients will receive European financial assistance to help cover travel and living expenses incurred during their stay in Spain while participating in training activities at the University of Valladolid, based on the following criteria:

Scholarship

Student mobility: 850 euros per month (5 months). Total: 4,250 euros.

Travel expenses: round-trip ticket from the home institution to the University of Valladolid (
) up to the maximum amount allocated according to the Erasmus+ distance calculator:

a. Between 100 and 499 km: 211 euros per participant
b. Between 500 and 1999 km: 309 euros per participant
c. Between 2000 and 2999 km: 395 euros per participant
d. Between 3000 and 3999 km: 580 euros per participant
e. Between 4,000 and 7,999 km: 1,188 euros per participant
f. Over 8,000 km: 1,735 euros per participant

Additional support for students with fewer opportunities: intended for participants facing socioeconomic barriers or health issues, or who belong to the groups specified in the call for applications.

Students selected for the scholarship must pay the corresponding ORT exchange fee.
