Who is eligible to apply?
- Citizens of eligible countries (including Uruguay).
- College graduates with at least two years of work experience (2,800 hours), including jobs, volunteer work, or internships.
- Commitment to return to Uruguay for at least two years after completing the master's degree.
- There is no age limit or restriction for those who already have a master's degree.

The scholarship covers:

- Support for Attending Chevening Events
Fields of Study and Financial Aid
- 10 annual scholarships for Uruguay: 4 funded by the British government (no field restrictions) and 6 by partner organizations (with priority given to fields such as Energy, Health, ICT, Biotechnology, Agribusiness, Tourism, Law, Accounting, Sciences, Engineering, among others).
- Each scholarship is worth approximately £40,000.
Application Process

- Submit four essays (on leadership, networking, course selection, and career planning) with specific examples.
- You must apply to three eligible master's programs and receive at least one unconditional offer.
- An English proficiency certificate is not required to apply, but it is required for university admission.
