Scholarships are applied for through the application platform.
First deadline: by 11:59 p.m. (GMT/UTC+01:00) on November 3, 2026, in Madrid, for stays and trips beginning between February 1 and June 30, 2027.
Second deadline: by April 12, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. (GMT/UTC+02:00) in Madrid, for stays and trips beginning between July 1 and November 30, 2027.
Who are these scholarships intended for?
Individuals affiliated with or belonging to institutions associated with the AUIP who are:
- Faculty and researchers.
- Managers of programmes or activities related to their internationalization.
- Graduate students.
The length of stay may not be less than twenty (20) calendar days or more than three (3) months.
For the first round of this call for applications, only mobility applications for trips and stays beginning between February 1 and June 30, 2027, will be accepted. For the second round, only mobility applications for trips and stays beginning between July 1 and November 30, 2027, will be accepted.
A necessary requirement for eligibility for the scholarships is that applications be directly related to graduate studies in any field of study.
Applicants for the grants must make preliminary institutional contacts and agree on a work schedule.
No more than one scholarship may be applied for per person.
