The speaker holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Cultural Management and Policy. She has gained extensive professional experience working in both public and private organizations in the city of Buenos Aires. As a consultant in institutional communication and a protocol assistant for corporate events, she has served as head of the Public Relations and Ceremonial Affairs department at the Buenos Aires City Secretariat of Culture and at the Teatro Colón. In 2002, she was appointed Coordinator of the Public Relations Technical Program at the Institute of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and served as a tenured professor of Ceremonial and Protocol, as well as Institutional Communication; since 2004, she has been a Full Member of the Academic Advisory Board and Honorary Professor at the “Hernando Arias de Saavedra” Institute of Higher Studies in the city of Posadas, Misiones; since 2006, she has participated as a visiting professor at ORT University in the Corporate Communication, Public Relations, and Event Planning programs. Since 1988, she has led seminars on Ceremonial and Protocol and workshops on Event Planning. She has written articles on the subject and is the author of the Manual of Ceremonial and Protocol, published by LibrosEnRed in 2003, and the Manual of Ceremonial and Protocol: A Public Relations Communication Strategy, published by Dunken in 2007
