The websites are hosted by ORT in Montevideo, Uruguay.

The user agrees that ORT shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether actual or consequential, arising out of or in connection with these terms or the user’s use or inability to use a website, or the user’s interpretation of, reliance on, or decisions based on the content published on the websites.
ORT will never ask you to provide or update your username or password via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media. User account
If the user accesses any of ORT’s websites, they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account (if they have one) and password, for restricting third-party access to the device they use to browse the sites (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), and accepts responsibility for all activities that occur when their username or password is used. If the user is under 18 years of age, any actions they take on the sites must be supervised by their parent or legal guardian. ORT reserves the right to deny access, delete accounts, and remove or edit content at its sole discretion.

The websites may contain errors or omissions regarding product descriptions, prices, and availability. ORT reserves the right to correct such errors or omissions without prior notice. ORT uses photographs and videos on its websites to provide additional information and enhance the user experience.
The photographs purchased by ORT from stock photo agencies are for ORT's exclusive use; therefore, copying, reproducing, or printing them is prohibited unless the user has granted has necessary rights by the relevant stock photo agency.
Photographs and videos taken by ORT employees or by third parties at ORT’s request, which are published or embedded on the websites, are for ORT’s exclusive use, and may not be copied, reproduced, or printed has ORT’s has written has .
The individuals appearing in these photographs and videos have authorized ORT to photograph and/or film them for the purposes of dissemination, information, promotion, and/or communication. All individuals appearing in photographs and/or videos on ORT’s websites understand that such material was published with their consent and without any intention of causing them harm in any way.
If a person appearing in a photograph and/or video wishes for that material to no longer be used on ORT’s websites, they may notify us via the contact form, specifying the exact material in which they appear and the page or section of the websites where it is located. Once the notification is received, such material will be removed from ORT’s websites within a maximum of 10 business days and will not be used again.

From time to time, ORT may provide interactive services on its websites or on websites linked to its own.
