The speaker described the process by which TCS, an Indian company and one of the world’s leading providers of IT services, established itself in Uruguay.
Rozman has served as Executive Vice President for Emerging Markets since January 2008. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s operations in Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and Eastern Europe. As a member of TCS’s Executive Leadership Team, he is responsible for leading the company’s strategy for entering new markets and other strategic initiatives.
In 2001, he joined TCS and served as President for Latin America. In this role, he was a key player in successfully establishing the company’s operations in Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula, adopting various organic and inorganic growth strategies to build a business that currently spans 14 countries, serves 150 clients, and employs more than 5,000 professionals. Before joining TCS, he served as Director of International Consulting and was a Regional Partner at Ernst & Young.
