Conference: "Key Strategies for Developing an Effective Social Media Marketing Plan"

On Tuesday, May 18, the ORT Pocitos Auditorium hosted the conference "Key Strategies for Developing an Effective Social Media Marketing Plan," presented by Santiago Fernández Sapelli, founder of Orange Attitude, and Jorge Aldrovandi, Director of Babel-Team Internet Business Solutions (Rio de Janeiro). The event was organized by the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Fernández Sapelli is a student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Administration. He founded 3fx Studio in 2003, where he served as CEO; the company focused on digital design and corporate identity projects. In 2009, it merged with another company, leading to the launch of a newstartup, Orange Attitude, which specializes in consulting on strategies and the management of online marketing campaigns. In 2005, he was honored as an Outstanding Young Person in the Scientific and/or Technological Development category at the “5th edition of Outstanding Young People.” This year, he was recognized with an international award, “The Bizz Awards 2009,” granted in recognition of his “Business Excellence.” He is a founding member of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Uruguay.

Aldrovandi is Director of Babel-Team Internet Business Solutions, based in Rio de Janeiro, and a Partner at Orange Attitude in Brazil. He is the founder of Club 14-Bis (www.Club14-Bis.com), a club for entrepreneurs and marketing professionals, where he dedicates part of his time to disseminating business ideas and concepts supported by new technologies.

During the event, Fernández Sapelli outlined the basic steps and key success factors for effectively defining and implementing a Social Media Marketing Plan. He addressed topics such as setting objectives, strategies, company preparation, plan execution, and ROI measurement. Subsequently, Aldrovandi presented a success story from Brazil.
