Lecture: "Communications in a German Multinational: The Case of Bayer"

On June 8, the Faculty of Communication and Design hosted a lecture titled “Communications at a German Multinational: The Case of Bayer,” presented by Laura Genta, Head of Institutional Relations at Bayer. The lecture was aimed at students enrolled in the "Communication in Organizations" course as part of the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, as well as students in the Corporate Communication and Public Relations Analyst program and the Public Relations and Event Management Technician program.

The speaker is responsible for the company’s corporate communications and for the overall communications strategy across all its business areas. In 2000, she completed a specialization program in communications and corporate image at Bayer in Germany. She has served as a professor and tutor in the Corporate Communications department at the ORT University School of Communication and Design.

During the event, she spoke about communication management at Bayer across all its areas, taking a highly practical approach and remaining open to addressing students’ questions and concerns.
