Art Direction Workshop for Communication Students and Graduates

On August 26, the "Art Direction Workshop" was held at the School of Communication and Design, led by Cristina Nigro, who holds a degree in Set Design from the University of El Salvador in Buenos Aires. The workshop was exclusively for students and graduates of the Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication and the Audiovisual Production Technician program, as well as students in the introductory phase of the Bachelor’s Degree in Communication.

The exhibitor has served as art director on several Argentine and Spanish films, including "Perdón por la molestia" (2008), "Cordero de dios" (2007), "La bella Otero" (2006), "Don’t Look Down" (2006), "Torrente 3" (2005), and "Whisky Romeo Zulu" (2001), among others. She has also contributed to the set design for "Roma" (2003), directed by Adolfo Aristarain, and "La ciénaga" (2000), directed by Lucrecia Martel. Winner of the 2009 Silver Condor Award for Best Art Direction for the film "Felicitas."
