Universidad ORT Uruguay the "Ioman ORT 5771" (ORT Calendar September 2010–October 2011), an annual publication produced by the General Administration, the Department of Jewish Studies, and the Publications Department. This year’s feature article is dedicated to Theodor Herzl, the father of Political Zionism and considered the National Hero of the State of Israel, on the 150th anniversary of his birth. The text was written by Dr. Oded Balaban, professor and former Director of the Department of Philosophy at the University of Haifa, Israel.
