Transfer pricing refers to the prices agreed upon in cross-border transactions between related companies. A distinctive feature of this type of pricing is that it may not result from market forces at play when independent parties transact, given that such parties have conflicting interests. The speakers will analyze the main issues raised by the new transfer pricing regulations in effect since the Tax Reform.
