Presentation of the 2011 Research Proceedings of the School of Architecture

The School of Architecture published the 2011 Research Proceedings, compiled by the Department of History and Theory of Architecture. The launch took place on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at the ORT Pocitos Auditorium.

The publication has from Architect Marcela Pizzi, Professor and Researcher at the School of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Chile, Architect Antonio Salinas, a professor at the University of the Valley in Cochabamba, Bolivia; Architect Ruben García Miranda, a professor of History and Theory of Architecture at the faculty; and architects Fiorella Russo, Andrea Sader, Fernanda Escayola, Carla Nóbile, and Pedro Ruíz Díaz, graduates of the faculty.

The purpose of the publication is to analyze the contemporary situation from different theoretical viewpoints and historical perspectives with a regional focus, addressing territorial and urban realities, emerging architectures, and the conservation of cultural heritage.
