Teacher Training Workshop: “The Holocaust: Education, Memory, and Action”

On July 17, 2012, the “Holocaust: Education, Memory, and Action” Teacher Training Workshop took place at the Escuela Integral Hebreo Uruguaya – Instituto Ariel Hebreo Uruguayo (E.I.H.U.–I.A.H.U.), sponsored by Universidad ORT Uruguay. Presentations were given by Dr. Javier Miranda, National Director of Human Rights; Prof. Gerardo Caetano, Professor at the Institute of Political Science at the University of the Republic; and teachers Laura Bas and Isabel Burstein, who teach at E.I.H.U. – I.A.H.U.
