"Real Estate Marketing 2.0" Working Breakfast

As part of the extracurricular activities for the Specialization Diploma in Real Estate Development, a networking breakfast titled “Real Estate Marketing 2.0” was held on August 30, 2012, at the School of Architecture. The event was led by Architect and Engineer Fernando Cos-Gayon López, Full Professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) and President of Grupo Ágora, a leading firm in project management, architecture, and engineering, as well as project and construction management and the management and sale of real estate assets (desbanca.com), with operations in Spain, Argentina, and Uruguay. The speaker analyzed the principles of real estate development from a web-based perspective.

"The impact of the Web 2.0 concept, with the emergence of social media in everyday life, has revolutionized the way we interact and purchase goods and services," explained the speaker.

Cos-Gayón López is a professor at the Valencia School of Architecture, the Valencia School of Building, and in graduate programs at universities in France, Italy, and Spain. He specializes in Project & Construction Management and is a member of the Project Management Institute.He currently teaches in the Master’s in Advanced Architecture and the Master’s in Building Management programs, where he instructs courses in Real Estate Development, Commercial Management, Project Management, and Management.
