In addition, Dr. Heemskerk met that same day with Julio Fernández, Dean of Academic Development; Dr. Laura Diaz Arnesto, Coordinator of Academic Projects; and Dr. Lorena Betancor, a researcher at the Biotechnology Laboratory of the School of Engineering. He was accompanied by Jimena Villar Bouchaourt, Economic and Commercial Attaché at the Belgian Embassy in Uruguay, as part of a Belgian trade mission currently visiting Montevideo.
