The Academic Secretary gave a presentation on MOOCs to members of the Rotary Club

Associate Professor Víctor Paulós, Academic Secretary of the School of Technology at the Faculty of Engineering, gave a presentation titled "MOOCs: An Educational Innovation?" to members of the Rotary Club (Aguada). The event took place on November 21, 2013, at the NH Columbia Hotel.

MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) are massive open online courses. Universidad ORT Uruguay recently Universidad ORT Uruguay a MOOC for the Ceibal Plan on teaching programming in Scratch, aimed at high school students and teachers.
