The women's field hockey team finished as runners-up in the Annual University Field Hockey Tournament, the final of which was held on November 27, 2013, at Ivy Thomas Field.

The roster included Florencia Amorelli, Agustina Arcos, Fernanda Ariceta, Matilde Ayala, Victoria Barzilai, Antonella Beleratti, Sofia Chieza, Alejandra Comas, Mariana Del Valle, Virginia Gutiérrez, Florencia Mujica, Laura Pradere, Valentina Ramis, Natalia Rodríguez, Carolina Risoto, Agustina Sapelli, and Florencia Surraco.
