March 30, 2014
From February 25 to 27, 2014, the Faculty of Communication and Design hosted the presentation of the Integrative Projects – ReCreación14: “Real-World Design Experiences in Uruguay | 60 Companies | 65 Projects | 65 Experiences.” It consisted of an academic event organized by senior students in the Bachelor’s programs in Graphic, Industrial, Multimedia, and Fashion Design, as well as the Bachelor’s program in Animation and Video Games. The students presented on how the objectives of each project were achieved. The results were displayed starting on February 25 in an exhibition that ran through March 7 in the Design Hall.

The Integrative Project is an academic-level individual or group assignment designed to help students achieve and demonstrate the proficiency needed to methodologically integrate the multidisciplinary training of their degree program through a tangible product developed in partnership with a company, industry, or organization. Since its inception in 2007, 247 companies and 414 students have participated in ReCreación.
