These awards are organized by Crear Comunicación, an organization that provides services to human resources professionals in Uruguay and the region.
Their goal is to highlight the most innovative practices at the national level that promote a culture of human capital management and development, driving transformation and adding value to the organization.
The jury also included Raúl Correa, Academic Director at the Universidad de la Empresa, and Jorge Xavier, Human Resources Manager at the Central Bank of Uruguay.
