Publication of the book "The Relationship Between Secondary Schools and Their Surroundings in Latin America"

In December 2013, RedAGE (Network for Educational Management Support) published the book “The Relationship Between Secondary Schools and Their Surroundings in Ibero-America,” edited by Dr. Joaquín Gairín, Visiting Professor in the Master’s Program in Educational Management, and Professor of General Basic Education and Chair of the Department of Applied Pedagogy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. The publication was published in Santiago, Chile.

The book includes the following chapters: “

” (“The Relationship Between Secondary Schools and Their Surroundings in Uruguay”) by Prof. Daniel Martínez, Technical Secretary of the Education Directorate at the Ministry of Education and Culture; Prof. Sharon Musselli, Assistant to the Technical Secretary of that ministry; Prof. Karina Nossar, Director of the Northern Regional Teachers’ Center; Prof. Marcos Sarasola, Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Education at the Catholic University of Uruguay, and Dr. María Inés Vázquez, Academic Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Educational Management at the Institute of Education of Universidad ORT Uruguay.
