The symposium was organized by the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement, Serveis Millora Agrària, the College of Chemists of Asturias and León, the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute, the Autonomous Metropolitan University, the National Autonomous University of Mexico, the National Polytechnic Institute, the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo, the Polytechnic University of Pachuca, the College of Postgraduates, and the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Ecatepec.
She presented the following articles:
