Participation in a conference organized by the Ibero-American Society of Digital Graphics

Architect Gastón Boero, dean of the School of Architecture, participated in the Deans’ Conference organized by the Ibero-American Society for Digital Graphics (Sigradi), which took place as part of the 18th Sigradi Congress “Design in Freedom,” held from November 12 to 14, 2014, at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of the Republic. Architect Boero delivered a lecture titled “How Digital Techniques Are Taught in the Programs of the Faculty of Architecture.”

For her part, Architect Paula Cardellino, a faculty member and researcher at the university, presented the paper "Experiential Mapping of the Teaching-Learning Phenomenon in the Classroom. The case of Uruguay." It was co-authored with architect Claudio Araneda, director of the Master’s Program in Project-Based Teaching in the Department of Design and Theory of Architecture at the University of Bío-Bío, Concepción, Chile.
