“Al Toque” is an app designed to make daily shopping easier. It was founded by Kevin Natanzon and Carlos Vega, Systems Engineering students.

The jury included Marcelo Lanfranconi, a Systems Engineering graduate and one of the creators of Paganza, the app that won AppCircusMVD in 2013; Ana Pais, a technology journalist at El Observador and a graduate with a degree in Journalism and Communication; and Leonardo Kammermann, from Antel’s Innovation Management team.

To evaluate the apps, the jury considered criteria such as originality, innovation, design, usability, and relevance.
