Visiting professors in the Master's in Human Resources Management and the MBA

Carolina Bellora, M.A., a graduate-level professor of Organizational Design and Development, Change Management and Strategy at Torcuato Di Tella University (Argentina), taught classes on February 2, 3, 23, and 24, 2015, in the course Strategic Human Capital Management for the Specialization Diploma in Human Resources, the Master’s in Human Resources Management, and the Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Ms. Bellora holds a postgraduate degree in programme Senior Executive programme ESADE Business School in Buenos Aires, a postgraduate degree in Organizational Anthropology from the University of Belgrano (Argentina), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She is a director and human capital practice leader at Tantum Strategy & Results in Buenos Aires. She serves as a consultant on change management processes for companies in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Spain, and Mexico.

Meanwhile, Mariana Gattoni, co-director of the Labor Economics Chair in the Business Economics program at Torcuato Di Tella University and the University of San Andrés (Argentina), taught the course Strategic Human Capital Management in these graduate programs on February 9 and 10 and March 2 and 3.

Ms. Gattoni holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Belgrano and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Salvador (Argentina). She is an independent organizational development consultant.
