MBA Advisory Board Meeting

On April 24 and 25, 2015, the 8th meeting of the Advisory Board for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program was held at the School of Business and Social Sciences.

The following new members were added at this meeting:
• Orlando Dovat, CPA, president of Zonamérica, replacing Elbio Strauch, CPA, as a representative of Uruguay’s business community.
• Rodrigo Ribeiro, CPA, associate professor of finance and partner in the Financial Advisory Services Department at KPMG, replacing Eduardo Pérez Muñiz, CPA, as an MBA faculty member.
• Juan Pablo García Bayce, MBA, executive director of Gerdau Siderperu, replacing Adolfo Sommer, in his capacity as an alumnus.

The other members are: Rodolfo Gioscia, MBA, general manager of Manos del Uruguay; Dr. Gaston J. Labadie, dean of the School of Management and Social Sciences; Carlos Martinatto, MBA, director of Grey Uruguay; Cra. Graciela Pérez Montero, Director of the Department of Public Enterprises at the Office of Planning and Budget; Dr. Luis Silva Domingo, Academic Coordinator of the MBA program; and Cra. Virginia Suárez, Director and CEO of HSBC Bank in Uruguay.
