Lecture: “Facets of Anti-Semitism in Film”

On July 23, 2015, the lecture “Facets of Anti-Semitism in Cinema” was held on the Pocitos campus, presented by Prof. Luis Elbert, a professor of Film History in the School of Communication and Design. The speaker analyzed the different facets of anti-Semitism in cinema through the study of various films. The event was organized by the Department of Jewish Studies.

Prof. Elbert is a film critic and researcher. He is the associate director of the Valparaíso International Film Festival in Chile. He is the author of *Eisenstein-Pudovkin* and *Dr. Frankenstein's Cabinet*.
