Articles by academics were published in the proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Computing and Telecommunications

Three articles, co-authored by faculty members from the School of Engineering, were published in the conference proceedings *Memoria Comtel 2015* of the 7th International Congress on Computing and Telecommunications, published by the Publishing House of the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University (UIGV). This peer-reviewed conference, organized by the UIGV’s School of Systems, Computing, and Telecommunications Engineering, took place from September 23 to 26, 2015, in Lima.

The articles are:

- “Interoperability in E-Government Programs: Application of a Success Factors Model” by Assistant Professor Cristina Zerpa, professor of Project Management in the School of Communication and Design, and Dr. Helena Garbarino, academic coordinator of the Bachelor’s Degree in Systems. The article was presented at the conference by Dr. Garbarino.

- “An Alternative Approach to the Analysis of Depolarization Errors in Grover’s Algorithm” by Dr. André Fonseca de Oliveira, professor of Analog Electronics and Automatic Control at the School of Engineering, Prof. Ilan Cohn, professor of Differential and Integral Calculus 1, and Skills Development for Innovation, Dr. Efrain Buksman, associate professor of Physics, and Dr. Jesús García López, director of the University School of Computer Science at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. The paper was presented at the conference by Dr. Fonseca.

- "QuantumLab: Open-Source Simulator for Quantum Computing" by Laura Gatti, Engineer, professor of Differential and Integral Calculus 1 and 3, and Linear Algebra in the School of Engineering, Dr. Fonseca, Dr. Buksman, and Dr. García López. The article was presented at the conference by Dr. Fonseca.


The articles were accepted for presentation at the conference on July 27, 2015.
