Conference: “Food Design 2016 – Functional Aspects: How Form Follows Function in Food”

On June 27, 2016, the Faculty of Communication and Design hosted the lecture “Food Design 2016 – Functional Aspects: How Form Follows Function in Food,” presented by Maximiliano Izzi, a lecturer in the Bachelor’s Program in Industrial Design. The speaker discussed the second Food Design initiative at Universidad ORT Uruguay. As part of this event, a photography exhibition featuring works by students in the Industrial Design 3: Production Feasibility course of the bachelor’s program was inaugurated.

The conference, organized by the Academic Coordination of Industrial Design, is part of Uruguay Design Month (#MESDUY16), an initiative of the Uruguayan Chamber of Design.
