Exhibition titled “28 Posters in Homage to Artists” by graphic design students and faculty at the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works

October 28, 2016
From September to December 2016, the exhibition “28 Posters in Homage to Artists” is open to the public at the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works (Rincón 561). The exhibition is the result of an extracurricular workshop held at the School of Communication and Design with students, graduates, and faculty members from the Graphic Design program.

Each participant was assigned an artist by lottery, whom they had to honor with their poster. In some cases, this task involved researching the artist. It was a playful workshop that fostered intergenerational exchange.

The workshop and exhibition are coordinated by Prof. Gustavo Wojciechowski, associate professor of Editorial and Advertising Design at the school.
