The course aimed to analyze the top 50 mistakes that can jeopardize the success of developers’ projects in Latin America. It focused on identifying those mistakes across the various stages of real estate development, including the commercial, residential, office, and industrial markets.
The 4S Group, comprised of a team of advisors specializing in real estate, has completed more than 500 projects in six countries.
As part of the activities organized by theSpecialization Diploma in Real Estate Business, Mr. Muñoz also participated as a guest lecturer in the seminar “The International Real Estate Market,” led by Mr. Daniel Porcaro, the diploma’s academic coordinator, which took place on May 17 at the faculty.
Muñoz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM), Mexico. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Legal Sciences from the Center for University Studies, Mexico. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Regiomontana University, Mexico, and a Master’s degree in Business Innovation from the Monterrey Center for Higher Studies in Design.
He is the author of the following publications: The Future of Real Estate Development, 50 Lessons in Real Estate Development, andInnovation in Real Estate Development, published by BRE – Bienes Raíces Ediciones. His portfolio has in more than 1,000 projects across 10 countries
